Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons bourbon whiskey
- 2 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form
Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and bourbon whiskey until well combined
In a separate bowl, mix diced peaches with brown sugar and cinnamon until coated
Fold the peach mixture into the ice cream base
Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan or airtight container
Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm
Serve scoops of ice cream with additional diced peaches if desired
